We have learned over the years the value of convincing the shipper that we 
have skills and experience in transit damage inspections and repairs.  
We've done this primarily with a short presentation upon the initial visit. 
Because of our extensive restoration experience and related before, during 
and after photos, we have compiled a picture book of the many
different types of restorations we have accomplished Along those same lines 
it occurs to us that the adjusters who have not previously used our service might 
appreciate some testimonials from satisfied customers 
(including adjusters such as yourself).
